There's a change at the helm at Barcelona de Guayaquil. Following Cesar Farias's departure, the club has handed the project to Pablo Trobbiani, a Spanish born coach who later took Argentine citizenship, and he arrives with a clear message: leave the past behind and start collecting points right away.

This Saturday at 7:00 p.m., Barcelona travels to face Mushuc Runa in Latacunga for matchday 25 of the Liga Ecuabet, and that game has already become the new coach's immediate focus. In his presentation to the press, Trobbiani was direct about how he plans to approach this stretch of the season: without looking too far ahead.

He knows he has a squad with the level to compete, but his immediate task is to find the ideal starting eleven and stick with it over time, something he considers key to each player's individual confidence.
