Inter blitz Monza 4-1 at the Meazza with a second-half rout

Internazionale routed Monza 4-1 at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in a match that looked like it might get complicated midway through the first half, but ended up settled by an overwhelming second-half showing from the home side in this Serie A clash.

Manuel Akanji nearly added to the tally with a header that crashed off the crossbar in the 66th minute, though the score would not change again.
