Lazio Makes Bologna Pay as Frattesi Strikes at the Dall'Ara

Bologna controlled the ball, created chances and finished with nothing to show for it. Lazio, with less possession and fewer shots, walked away from the Renato Dall'Ara with all three points thanks to a goal from Davide Frattesi in the 58th minute, in a Serie A match that ended 0-1.

Bologna tried to respond with attacking substitutions, bringing on Artem Dovbyk, Federico Bernardeschi and Jonathan Rowe all at once just a minute after the goal. Bernardeschi and Rowe both forced dangerous saves out of Christos Mandas, and Lewis Ferguson himself tried his luck in stoppage time, but Lazio held on to the lead until the final whistle, even through six added minutes signaled by referee Fabio Maresca late in the match.
