Olise Puts Bayern on Edge: No Answer on His Future as Club Loses Patience
The French winger wants a release clause like the ones held by Kane and Musiala, while the club has offered a contract through 2032 with a deadline attached.

Some deals move slowly, and others suddenly turn tense. Michael Olise's situation falls into the second category. Bayern Munich is bracing for a complicated negotiation over the French winger's contract because, according to Sport Bild, the player himself still hasn't told the club whether he wants to stay in Bavaria. For a club used to locking down its key pieces well in advance, that's setting off alarm bells.
The sticking point is a release clause. Olise, 24, wants one written into his next contract, something both Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala already have. Bayern, for its part, is willing to offer him a lengthy deal through 2032, but wants an answer before next summer. All signs point to a months-long tug of war between the club and the French international's camp.
Chelsea Leads for Alex Scott, With Real Madrid Watching
In England, the name making the rounds is Alex Scott, the AFC Bournemouth midfielder. According to The Telegraph, Chelsea is leading the race for his signature, though it's not alone: Liverpool and Arsenal are also tracking him closely. Things get even more complicated as TEAMtalk reports that Real Madrid could be weighing a move after watching him closely in recent weeks.
In fact, Los Blancos have already seen him in action at least three times, including the night of his first start for the England national team, that 7-0 win over Croatia. At 23, Scott has become one of those names every club wants on its shortlist before the price shoots up.
Roma Hunts for a Winger, Looking at Madrid, Stuttgart and Frosinone
In Italy, Corriere dello Sport lays out Roma's plans as the club searches for a winger. Over the summer they had their eye on Jamie Leweling (Stuttgart) and Jamie Gittens (Chelsea), two players who have seen little playing time since the market closed and who, for that very reason, could now come cheaper than before. Roma also wants Endrick, of Real Madrid, with an idea along the lines of a loan with an option to buy similar to the Donyell Malen deal, and isn't put off by competition from AC Milan. Rounding out that list is Giorgi Kvernadze, of Frosinone.
Meanwhile, Juventus has its sights set on Olympique de Marseille's locker room. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Bianconeri see Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg as the leader Luciano Spalletti needs in midfield. They previously looked into Leon Goretzka and Franck Kessie, who ended up at Aston Villa and Atalanta respectively, but remain set on adding an experienced presence. There have already been exploratory contacts with the Marseille and Denmark captain, 31, while Teun Koopmeiners is seen as the main candidate to leave to make room for him.
Juventus also made moves for goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani, of Frosinone, who is also being watched closely by Inter Milan. Inter's chief executive, Beppe Marotta, insists on keeping a balance between foreign and Italian players, with an eye on the national team as well. Should Inter end up signing him, the 22 year old could be loaned out, and the club is also keeping tabs on Alessandro Romano, currently on loan at Cagliari from Roma.
