FC Schalke 04: 16 games without beating SC Freiburg

Hard to believe looking at those old scorelines, but Schalke haven't beaten Freiburg since 2019, that's 16 games without a win now. Funny thing is the head to head actually started well for them, with a couple of 4-0 routs and that 2-2 draw back in December 2019 being the last time they got a positive result. Across all 34 meetings Schalke have 10 wins, 7 draws and 17 losses, so the overall balance has tipped the other way.
