Philadelphia Union: 15 of the last 15 points, from No. 12 (Major League Soccer)

Five for five, plain and simple: Philadelphia Union won every single one of their last five MLS matches, grabbing all 15 points on offer. What stands out is that this perfect run comes while they're sitting in 12th place, just ahead of teams like Seattle Sounders and San Jose Earthquakes who are also on a good stretch but without that clean sweep.
