Manchester City: 15 points after 5 games, 7 last season (Premier League)

Fifteen points from a possible fifteen: City are off to a start that looks nothing like last year's, when they had just 7 points after five matchdays. That's eight points better than then, the biggest jump in the league. Brentford and Brighton both added five points compared to last season, while Chelsea is the only team doing worse, down one point.
